The Following financing is available :-
Reservation fee 100,000 pesos (Deducted from total cost)
I. Cash paid within 30 days of reservation fee - 10%
discount.
II. 30% payable over 3 months
70% balance payable thru bank financing or in-house financing at 18%
fixed interest over up to 5 years.
III. 20% payable over 6 months
80% balance payable thru bank financing or in-house financing at 18%
fixed interest over up to 5 years.
