Rental leases are available for some privately
owned units, but all are for a minimum of 1 year leases.
Prices are as follows :
Furnished studio units at P20,000 per month.

1 bedroom units at P30,000 per month.

2 bedroom units at P50,000 per month.
Terms are :-
3 months rent and 3 months deposit
are due on signing the lease contract.
Water and electricity is extra and is metered and
depends on your usage.
The Monthly Facilities charge which covers all of Oriental Gardens
amenities including - trash, swimming pool, games room, gym,
security, common area maintenance etc. is extra.
